Leksikon is a Croatian-to-English dictionary

Leksikon has been created to address vocabulary-building needs of the English-speaking learner of the Croatian language. 

 In addition to English definitions of Croatian keywords and sample use case sentences, Leksikon provides detailed grammatical and pronunciation information patterned after the format used by the magnificent online dictionary HJP (Hrvatski jezični portal - hjp.znanje.hr) which provides all its content in the Croatian language.  Leksikon can help the student begin to make good use of this scholarly resource. 

Leksikon will be most useful to those who have already acquired a good grasp of the grammar of the Croatian language such as is covered by any of the popular teach-yourself books and by the first year of a formal Croatian language study course available in colleges and universities.

Leksikon is a strictly Croatian-to-English dictionary; i.e. it is not an English-to-Croatian dictionary. 

It is designed to assist the English speaker to find the meanings of unfamiliar Croatian words. 

Nevertheless, Leksikon does provide limited English word search.
